In exclusive partnership with our roaster we have developed five premium coffee blends for institutional use. For about the price of a national brand coffee supplier you can purchase premium coffees for your restaurant, office or church.

Coffee Blend Descriptions
House Blend: An excellent well-balanced blend of Central and South American coffees with a smooth clean taste, medium body, and a fine finish. A great coffee to use as an everyday or breakfast blend.
St. Louis Blend: An exotic blend of coffees from Central and South America, Africa and Indonesia, with a small amount of French Roast coffee added, but no so much as to give it a dark roasted taste. An excellent after dinner coffee, well balanced for taste and flavor. This coffee is slightly stronger than our House Blend.
Joe's Blend: A blend of Central American, South American, and East African coffees. This medium roasted coffee is our most popular blend. With more body and flavor than our House blend, the taste is slightly spicy, with excellent aroma, and a very pleasant, lingering aftertaste.
Cafe Blend: Darker roast, rich and smooth, with exceptional body. This blend is made with coffees roasted to Full City or Viennese Roast. Coffees from the Americas and Indonesia. A very satisfying cup, with perfect balance and no bitterness.
Volcan Blend: The darkest roast of all our blends. This blend of five coffees, Italian roasted, has that dark, coffeehouse flavor, but without the burnt taste often associated with dark roasted coffees.
